2017 Summer Community Puzzle

This summer, the R. H. Johnson Library Puzzlers take on the challenge of Educa’s 18,000-piece Sistine Chapel and you are invited to join in. The fun begins at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 3 and continues during normal library hours until the jigsaw puzzle is completed. You may participate for as much or as little time as you wish.

Michelangelo Buonarotti decorated the dome of the Sistine Chapel with a series of frescoes between 1508 and 1512. He portrayed nine scenes from Genesis and surrounded these scenes with figures of the Prophets. When completed, the puzzle will measure 10 ½ feet by 5 feet and will be supported by nine six-foot folding tables.
