About
- Since Del Webb founded Sun City West in 1978, our community has been a well-kept secret to many Arizonans
who haven’t had the opportunity to enjoy the seven well-manicured golf courses and other top-notch recreation facilities that the community’s nearly 30,000 owner-members call home. As a private resort Association, most of these amenities are off-limits to the public. But now, for the first time ever, the public will have an opportunity to sample one of these amenities as Grandview Golf Course invites the public in for a friendly round of golf.
- The Association offers more than $125 million worth of amenities: seven golf courses, four recreation centers, a state-of-the-art 30-lane bowling center, a recently renovated 40,000-volume private library, a retail arts and crafts store, more than 100 chartered clubs and much, much more.
