Author C. J. Box


New York Times Bestselling Author C. J. Box visits Sun City West on Tuesday, March 27. He presents a book talk and signing at 10:30 a.m. in the R. H. Johnson Social Hall- East (19803 N. R. H. Johnson Blvd., next to Fry’s Food Store). Complimentary tickets are distributed at the library, beginning with Friends of the Library members on Wednesday, March 7, Sun City West residents on Friday, March 9, and the general public on Tuesday, March 13. Doors open at 10:00 a.m. and people without tickets are admitted to remaining seats at 10:30 a.m.

“The Disappeared,” available for purchase at the venue, is the 18th book in the Joe Pickett series. Box, a Wyoming native, is the author of five stand-alone novels in addition to the Joe Pickett books. He has won the Edgar, Anthony, Macavity, Gumshoe, and Barry Awards, as well as the French Prix Calibre .38, and has been a Los Angeles Times Book Prize finalist.
