More than half of the 400 plus employees of the Rec Centers are Sun City West residents.  We work full-time or part-time at a variety of Sun City West locations in a variety of positions: including supervisors, monitors, starters, custodians, managers, range ball pickers, golf superintendents, program coordinators and more!  Join us and work where you live and play!

Travel Reduction Program
Since 1994, The Recreation Centers of Sun City West has actively participated in a Travel Reduction Program in which we encourage all employees to find alternative modes of transportation to and from work. These include: carpool, bicycle, walk, jog, electric golf carts, or working a compressed work week (4/10). To join our program, you must use one or more of these alternatives at least one day per week. We provide carpool matching, bike racks, showers, lockers and emergency transportation. Participants are entered into monthly drawings for gift certificates. If you would like to register or learn more on how to reduce congestion and pollution, contact the TRP Coordinator: 623 544-6104.
