HEALTHY & DELICIOUS MAIN COURSE SALADS and MENU for Easter or Passover, 6-8 pm. Simplify meal planning for any season with satisfying one-dish salads infused with the flavors and fragrances of fresh herbs and the spices of the Southwest. Drawing on recipes from the award-winning book, The Garden of Eating, by Chef Rachel Albert, Irma Mendivil the healthy cooking coach, will show you how you make three mouthwatering main-dish salads and a simple dessert and offer ideas for accompaniments. Wheat free, gluten free, mostly dairy free demonstration.

 Instructor Irma Mendivil is known for her passion and expertise, Irma is dedicated to inspiring healthy choices and demonstrating that great taste and good nutrition go hand in hand. Her mission is to awaken your inner chef and inner healer, to enhance your appreciation of the nourishing power of natural foods and your body’s innate wisdom and to create public awareness regarding the significant role diet plays on our overall health. Irma teaches classes in private homes, offices and other settings. She offers cooking and dinner parties; kitchen organization; healthy shopping tours and developing weekly meal plans with shopping lists. Irma Mendivil graduated from the Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts, where she earned her degree in Holistic Nutrition. She has a background in education, whole food cooking, and supporting busy people in their healthy lifestyle journey.
