HOURS: Hours and days vary.

WORK DESCRIPTION: Duties include but are not limited to: Cleaning of facility amenities,
setups and tear down, cleaning restrooms, club areas. Other facility assistant duties as
assigned.

WORK ACTIVITIES: Job duties may include but not limited to cleaning restrooms, club rooms, and other miscellaneous cleaning activities. Performs setup for various functions and tear downs for events. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE: Some custodial experience or any equivalent of training which provides the required skills needed. Should be familiar with commercial vacuums, floor scrubbers, side-by-side and other cleaning equipment and gas-powered blowers. Ability to operate a variety of janitorial and routine maintenance equipment. Work independently, understand oral and written instructions. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public and coworkers.

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; light to moderate lifting and carrying; repeated bending.

SALARY: $10.00 plus potential shift differential difference, depending on hours worked.
