12/27/17: All tickets for this event have been given out at this time. As a rule, a certain number of ticket holders do not show the day of events such as this, so folks without tickets will be accommodated as space allows.

Save the date! New York Times bestselling author Brad Taylor will present a book talk and signing at noon Tuesday, Jan. 9, in the R.H. Johnson Lecture Hall (19803 N. R. H. Johnson Blvd., Sun City West, between the Sports Pavilion and the Village Store). Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and people without tickets will be welcome only if seats are available.

A complimentary ticket is required. Sun City West residents may pick up tickets at the R.H. Johnson Library, 13801 W. Meeker Blvd., Sun City West. The library is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and can be reached at 623-544-6130.

Taylor’s new book, Operator Down, the 12th book in his Pike Logan series, delivers a heart-pounding thriller where Pike Logan’s search for a Mossad agent and ally puts him on a collision course with a ruthless military coup in Africa – and tests his loyalties to the Taskforce. The book will be available for purchase at the venue for your convenience.

Brad Taylor served in the U.S. Army Infantry for more than 21 years and retired as a Special Forces lieutenant colonel. He conducted operations in support of U.S. national interests in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other classified locations. His final assignment was as the Assistant Professor of Military Science at The Citadel, Charleston, S.C. When not writing, he serves as a security consultant on asymmetric threats.
